Lee Kenyon Lee Kenyon Captain
Lee returns to the club after a playing career with South Shore,TSJ & Woodbank CC. Having been through the junior process at the club and experience of senior level cricket he was the ideal candidate to become 3XI Captain for 2018. Lee will be working closely with the Cricket Committee & Junior Foundation to identify future stars and improve and progress players through into the senior levels. Nicknames Keni,Keno

Jack Thomond Jack Thomond Bowler
Jack took the role on of 3XL captain in 2017 at a young age and has provided a great platform for the side to progress into 2018. Consistent bowler,sadly shin injuries hindered his progression last year but JT has been working hard already through the winter to return fully fit and ready to go come the start of the season.The joker in the pack but beware of his shocking racing tips
Ryan Storey Ryan Storey Bowler

Ryan will be looking to get his career back on track in 2018 and with the new appointments in place a big year lies in wait. Has the potential & ability to blow top order batsmen away with his height and pace,Ryan is working hard on his fitness & consistency for the season ahead...never short of an opinion,a strong character in the dressing room and on the field. Chris Round Chris Round Bowler
Not to be outshone by big brother Nick , Chris is another product of the Junior foundation, and has represented both Lancashire and District Cricket sides last year.A confident,tricky spin bowler who can choke the scoreboard at one end,big things are expected from Chris for the forthcoming season.
Ben Parkinson Ben Parkinson WicketKeeper/Batsman

Another product of the Ramsbottom Junior foundation Ben joined Walshaw in 2017 and opened the batting for the 2XI progressing to the 1XI.Returns to the club for the 2018 season.Ben is a talented opening batsman & wicketkeeper who is a strong character on and off the field,with the right attitude & committment Ben will be pushing hard to move through the senior grades.

Ben Wilkinson Ben Wilkinson WicketKeeper/Batsman

Rewrites textbooks with his Steve Smith style of batting,Ben was the 3XL top run scorer in 2017 with his own aggresive,devastating approach.All round good guy at the club on the field,off the field,behind the bar and as the all stars mascot.. never a dull moment in Bens company.

Nick Round Nick Round Batsman

A quiet,unassuming character Nick had a successful 2017 season opening the batting for the 3XL.Nick will be looking to kick on in 2018 and is just as happy at the crease as he is on the terraces following his beloved Bury FC around the country.

John Fox John Fox Bowler

John is the go to man when that vital wicket is needed . In the autumn of his international wicket taking career his know how is priceless and his sledging merciless.Likes to field at 1st slip all day and a useful middle/lower order batsman.Another sharp witted character on the field and in the dressing room.Performs various roles at the club from playing,supporting,drayman, committee duties,ground maintenance,social functions,festivals... likes a drop of champagne on his downtime. Henry Doyle All Rounder
Jake Walker Jake Walker Bowler

A very promising young seam bowler, Jake also scored a battling 49 in the 2nd XI Cup to nearly rescue the semi-final tie at Burnley with Michael Howarth.
